We work with many brokers when buildings are bought and sold. In this case the new owner negotiated a new roofing system be installed at point of purchase. AMW was able to mobilize a large crew so we could effectively tear off and replace over 47,000 sq feet of BUR roofing. It was a challenging project but we were able to connect the dots and provide an excellent finished product. New HVAC units were installed, old units were craned off, a new sheet metal package was fabricated and installed for interior wall and exterior clad, tongue and groove dry rot was replaced, and a new 60 Mil Versico TPO was applied.
