This building was suffering from a very old roofing system coupled with internal condensation and pressure issues. Due to the circumstances we had to engineer a scope of work that would help manage the internal climate while providing proper ventilation. The manufacturing facility was also operational seven days a week which created a challenge when replacing all of the dry-rot. Overall we created a workflow that provided lots of communication and together we helped replace over 127 sheets of compromised decking. Once the structure was repaired we installed a vapor barrier, insulation package, and proper ventilation to ensure the new roofing system would go the distance.
