This was an older roofing system that has been coated multiple times, it was on its last legs and needed to be replaced. After taking an asbestos test we revealed that the previous coating layer tested hot for asbestos. We engaged our asbestos crew and worked in lock step to properly tear off and remove the system while installing the new one. We installed a 60 Mill commercial TPO roofing system that will last 20+ Years.
