This shopping mall had many different tenants with different roofing the needs. The laundry matt and restaurant required a chemical resistant roofing system while the shopping center did not need that requirement. We installed a commercial PVC roof over the chemical areas and a TPO roof over the shopping center which helped value engineer the roofing system.
